Not a flashy demo or a report that gathers dust, but practical, hands-on help: setting the tools up around the way your organisation actually runs, then teaching your team to use them with confidence. The aim is simple. When I step back, you keep going without me.
I know the pressures because I live them. I'm CEO of the Association of Rotational Moulders Australasia, where AI is now part of how a small team handles a big workload, and a board director with the Australasian Society of Association Executives (AuSAE).
As a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Association Executive, I bring a board-level view to every conversation: where AI genuinely helps, where the risks sit, and what directors need to know before they say yes.
